hst. was founded by emergency management professionals who saw a gap between what technology could do and what it was actually doing for public safety. Too many agencies were stuck with outdated systems, siloed data, and tools that didn't work when they needed them most.
We set out to change that. Starting with a small team and a handful of FEMA contracts, we built a company that combines deep domain expertise with modern technology practices. Today, we serve federal agencies, state and local governments, first responders, and private sector organizations across the country.
But our mission hasn't changed: build technology that works when it matters most, for the people who need it most.
